Lately, I have felt like my muse is finally back, looking over my shoulder and saying- "Take that shot!". Its nice to feel like you aren't alone :) I was really loving my new camera with my new 50mm / f1.7 lens*, but then it was dropped by my wonderful but sometimes-over-enthusiastic-when-drunk husband, and now it no worky. :(

At least I got this shot before it was gone:




*for non-photographers its just a small lens with a narrow focal range, so it makes a yummy blurry mess of any background (AKA bokeh).
